What's Inspected

What to expect

We Begin our inspection on the exterior of the property. All exterior features of the property will be inspected: The foundation and infrastructure, decks & porches, roof, chimney, driveways, walkways, exterior cooling, electrical, and plumbing components, and drainage systems.

 

Next is the interior. We work through the building in a logical sequence, one room at a time and one floor at a time. All walls, ceilings, floors, doors, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, appliances, ceiling fans, reporting on the presence of smoke detectors.

 

Once the detailed interior and exterior checks are completed, we perform a thorough evaluation of the plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, ventilation, and insulation which takes us into the basement/crawl and attic areas for inspection.

With your inspection completed, we then prepare your report, and review any significant findings.
